Choose your student's lunch during the month of DECEMBER!
Select from the following options;
1) Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam on Whole Wheat
2) Our Daily Menu:
The daily fruit and vegetable offerings will rotate based on seasonal availability. To ensure variety, the type of fruit and vegetable offered will be rotated daily.
Example vegetables: sliced cucumbers, carrots, sliced bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, mixed salad, cooked greens, cooked squash, blanched broccoli
Example fruits: Sliced apples, grapes, berries, mixed fruit cup, mandarin orange slices, 1/2 banana
A typical serving of fruits or vegetables is 1/2 cup -3/4th cup of each
WEEK 1 (12/2 - 12/6):
Monday: Vegetarian chili w/shredded cheese and Fritos
Tuesday: Black bean quesadilla
Wednesday: French toasts sticks with syrup and eggs
Thursday: Penne pasta and alfredo sauce
Friday: Pizza
WEEK 2 (12/9 - 12/13):
Monday: Tomato soup and grilled cheese
Tuesday: Bagel with cream cheese with cucumbers
Wednesday: Blueberry pancakes with syrup and eggs
Thursday: Mac & Cheese
Friday: Pizza
WEEK 3 (12/16 - 12/20):
Monday: Vegetarian chili w/shredded cheese and Fritos
Tuesday: Black bean quesadilla
Wednesday: French toast sticks with syrup and eggs
Thursday: Penne pasta and alfredo sauce
Friday: Pizza
